CSS Zen Garden

CSS Zen Garden is a landmark project in web design that showcases the power and versatility of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). Created by Dave Shea in 2003, it serves as a demonstration of how a single HTML file can be transformed into a myriad of visually stunning designs simply by applying different CSS styles.

The project invites designers from around the world to submit their own unique stylesheets, each radically changing the appearance and layout of the same HTML content. CSS Zen Garden emphasizes the importance of web standards, the separation of content and presentation, and the creative potential of CSS. It has inspired countless designers and developers to explore the capabilities of CSS and remains a valuable resource for learning and inspiration in the web design community.
